What is a good SEO score?

Short answer: on a 0–100 scale, 80 and up is good and 90+ is excellent. The longer answer matters more — because the score is only a summary of the issues behind it.

90–100

Excellent (Grade A). Strong technical and on-page SEO. Mostly maintenance from here.

80–89

Good (Grade B). Above-average optimization with a few clear, high-value wins left.

70–79

Fair (Grade C). Real gaps. Prioritize technical fixes and on-page basics now.

Below 70

Poor (Grade D–F). Critical issues are actively holding back rankings. Start with the highest-impact items.

There is no official Google SEO score

This is the part most articles skip. Google does not publish an SEO score for your site.
